Job description
*Perform detailed analysis on loan applications with reference to One Credit policies to assess suitability and affordability of applicants
Perform data checks and verification to ensure accurate customer information is captured for all One credit applicant.
Ensure appropriate KYC and credit reference checks are completed as part of the loan application process.
Support data analysis to identify improved risk assessment decisions.
Provide feedback for underwriting policy reviews and update.
Key Performance Indicators -
Compliance to policy
Loan approval/ decline TAT
Skill set
Minimum Qualification
Lead - A University degree
Team Members – OND graduates/ Industrial Attachés
Experience
Team Lead - Minimum of 3 years
Team Members – No previous experience required
Team lead - preferably in Retail Credit
Exceptionally customer centric
Key Competencies
Good attention to details
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Work experience
2-3years
Perform data checks and verification to ensure accurate customer information is captured for all One credit applicant.
